We utilize a high pressure surface washing machine to remove all contaminants to include most* stains.This brings back the brightness and color. We then have a sealing/ and or staining option. With pavers we re-sand the joints the 1/8th inch below the surface and apply a commercial grade water based sealer, same with concrete. We offer 2 options in sealing: a 1 .5 year warranty and a 4 year warranty.

Our techniques utilize a low pressure down streaming method of applying detergents and soaps. We take precautionary measure's to preserve landscaping. We always put gypsum pellets down, cover plants with tarps and rinse with copious amounts of water. Wood, vinyl, brink or masonry we have you covered. we can bring your fence back to its original state. We can remove old deteriorated stained wood fences and decks upon request. We can then apply a commercial grade stain and sealer for you. 1-3 year warranties on staining will be provided. warranties will vary upon the condition of the fence or deck prior to the application.
